Through the years, we at Speedspace have established ourselves as a company that not only excels in the supply and delivery of prefabricated modular buildings, but also in being able to project manage long-term projects effectively on behalf of clients.
We have become adept at being able to offer solutions where our project team is required to manage remote projects in which our products present solutions at a fraction of the cost of conventional buildings while saving time and expediting project start-up.
A great example of this is our project running in the Northern Cape on an Iron Ore Mine of Anglo, which is at the halfway stage at the moment.
Speedspace established the site and commenced this particular project on 5 August 2021. At this stage, we have 40 people working on-site and we are now 50% complete — importantly, we are on time and within budget to complete the project as required.
What still needs to be done on this project? We have in total 13 prefabricated buildings to be completed comprising various offices, workshop offices, canteens and ablutions, complete with all the required fittings and fixtures for the client just to move in once completed.
We are also very proud of the fact that we have had zero safety incidents on-site and ensure a high premium is placed on working safely across all of our projects.
