At Speedspace, we measure a product’s success by the value it adds to our clients. We are pleased to see that our products add great value to all of our clients. In fact, we appreciate the quality and versatility of the Speedspace product range to the extent that we use our own products in-house for our offices and facilities.
As you can see in these pictures, we firmly believe in our own products. Our staff diner and kitchen comprise our Speedplan prefabricated building and meals are prepared daily for office staff by our very own skilled and friendly chef Lizzy.
The production staff canteen and eating area comprise of a converted 40′ insulated steel container with a refrigerated cold room and the required cooking facilities and equipment to prepare daily lunches for our production staff.
The changerooms and ablutions are parkhome-type modular prefabricated buildings fitted with showers and WC facilities. In order to assist in reducing electricity consumption, these ablutions are fitted with solar geyser water heating systems.
Meanwhile, our accounts, procurement, operations and production office is a double-storey UfuduCabin modular building, proving that we back our products to the extent that we make use of them for our own application.
These images clearly illustrate that once these buildings are established with gardens and foliage, our extensive space management solutions can fulfil the functions of conventional brick and mortar buildings at a more affordable price while it is supplied and erected in a fraction of the time it would take for conventional buildings.
