Mobile Parkhome

Speedspace recently completed new access control facilities for a mine that has expanded its operations. The new entrance providing access to the expansion project needed to comply with the mine’s already existing standards, with Speedspace’s solutions ensuring the offering met the high-quality finishes as well as the functionality required by the mine.

The new facilities consist of an access control security guard room with a full complement of offices, induction facilities as well as ablutions.

The mobile parkhomes used for this application were built with insulated wall panels comprising steel inner and outer chromadek sheets, with 40mm polyurethane insulation sandwiched between the steel which provides insulation. Interestingly, it is highly likely that the steel used for these panels was mined at this very same mine.

Our access control space management solutions take all important aspects into consideration, providing comfort and space for the people expected to make use of them, while ensuring durability and strength against the elements, so that Speedspace access control buildings can be deployed in even the most remote areas, such as the mine in this example.

These space management solutions are popular because they are cost-effective, functional and highly customisable, allowing us to brand the buildings or make additions to the interior depending on the requirements of the client.
