This prefab modular system is portable, and easily transported, even to remote areas, and is erected on site, on either a concrete slab foundation or a factory-manufactured, suspended floor.

The modular panel system is suitable for most types of accommodation, including: ablutions, dormitories, kitchens, schools, clinics, houses or modular site offices (including large on-site complexes), and can be customised to suit our clients’ requirements.

The system has been designed to be erected on either a concrete raft foundation slab or factory manufactured suspended floor.
The width of the system increases in multiples of 1 150 mm up to a maximum o f 9 600 mm.
15 Degree roof pitch.
Floor-to-ceiling height 2 400 mm as standard. ( 2 700 mm as optional.)
The 1 150 mm panel width reduces site erection time and allows for the factory fitting of components that would otherwise have to be fitted on site.
Up t o 100 m2 building can be containerised (six metre container) for transport purposes.
The layout of the building is planned and designed in consultation with the client and according to the requirements of the client.

Doors

External: Same as panel construction with three-lever locks
Internal: Hollow-core Sapele faced with two-lever locks

Roof

Galvanised, long-span IBR sheets
Straight sheets – 0,5 mm full hard
Ridge – 0,4 5 mm girth ridging of similar material

Ceiling

12,7 mm thick fissure-board, suspended ceiling.

Chromadek Trims

Exterior: Azure finish
Interior: Frost-white finish

Windows

All window frames are aluminum (sliding) fitted with 4 mm thick glass. The area of the windows is equal to or greater than 10% of the gross floor area of each habitable room
