We’re proud of our new facility in Mmamashia, Gaborone in Botswana, which houses our self-storage business Speedstores as well as our Speedspace offices in the country.
This year we are celebrating 30 years in Botswana, and this serves as a great opportunity to reflect on three decades of successful operation in the country.
Speedspace Botswana has seen successful growth year on year by ensuring great customer service with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships with our customers. This approach has led to significant growth of our rental and self-storage business.
From an initial yard size of 2000m2, we have grown to require a much larger area to operate from, resulting in the current new yard which is a massive 18000m2 in size.
The new yard, which is situated in a new industrial area in Mmamashia, Gaborone, has been designed and built from the ground up, ensuring that we are able to cater for both growth and the streamlining of our day-to-day operations.
As part of this process, we have modernised our 20-year plus prefabricated office by giving it a much sleeker, newer and more contemporary look, serving as a great advertisement for what we can offer our customers.
