Speedspace can also put up more permanent, prefabricated structures on site, on a pre-prepared concrete slab or steel suspended floor. These will be built according to your requested size, configuration and layout, and equipped with electric fittings and plumbing to suit your requirements.

SECOND-HAND UNITS

There is considerable demand for good-quality second-hand units. Speedspace has a steady supply of such units for sale; they vary in age and condition and supply is naturally subject to availability.

FURNISHINGS

We also offer a full range of furniture for offices as well as for the modular sleep units that can be rented or purchased. We furnish to your specifications and requirements.

SPEEDSPACE TRANSPORT

For a more efficient service we use Speedspace Transport – a division of Speedspace – to transport mobile units from site to site. Units in transit are insured for damage.

REFURBISHMENT & REPAIRS

Our experienced siting teams repair and refurbish units on an ongoing basis – either at our premises or on site.

BUY-BACK & RESALE SERVICES

If you have units that you no longer need, we can either buy them back or resell them on your behalf.
